Suspension means the shuttles are supported by the roller on the back of the shuttle board, which replaces the original design supported by warps. It reduces the rolling of the warps, enhances the tension of them.

The transparency of the transparent bag is higher, reduces the white dot indentation, and improves the quality of the bag.

The warps conveying part adopts no chain and no sprocket device to save the cost of quick-wear parts.

The wefts have a wireless bluetooth device, which can display the fault area and output, and the data is visible and clear.

An integrated touch screen control system to control the main motor, lifting motor, two warps conveying motors and rewinder motor at the same time. These five motors work synchronously with the main machine to solve the sparse fabric problem caused by inching, start, stop and wefts changing. Automatic meter counting and synchronous operation of motors also saves power and reduces consumption, greatly improving the service life of the machine.
