This machine integrates fully automatic ultrasonic hemming technology, automatically folds the woven bag opening inward while simultaneously performing ultrasonic welding of the inner film and outer woven bag layers.

Switch seamlessly between cold-cutting (laminated bags) and hot-cutting (non-laminated) in under 1 minute.

Hot-cutting seals edges without adhesion for smooth bag opening, while cold cutting delivers clean, fray-resistant edges with zero heat distortion - ensuring consistent performance in both modes.

Automatic bottom sewing with dual-mode operation - choose to sew inner & outer bags together for sealed protection, or separately for replaceable liner flexibility.
