Client Background

In September 2025, Wenzhou Qianfeng Machinery successfully completed the installation and commissioning of two Cutting, Liner-Insertion, Sewing and Top-Hemming Machines at a customer's woven bag factory in Iloilo City, Philippines.

The project was realized through cooperation with a trading company, which has maintained long-term business relations with Qianfeng.

The end customer is a well-established woven bag manufacturer equipped with:
· 3 sets of 1200mm High-Speed Tape Extrusion Lines
· Around 100 sets of Circular Looms

They produce a wide range of woven bags, including feed bags, grain bags, sugar bags, and fertilizer bags, serving both local and international markets.
 

Customer's Requirement

With production capacity steadily expanding, the customer aimed to:
· Upgrade their bag finishing process with higher automation and stability
· Integrate liner-insertion and top-hemming functions into one machine
· Reduce manual labor while improving production efficiency and consistency
 

Qianfeng's Solution

After detailed technical discussions, Qianfeng recommended two units of Cutting, Liner-Insertion, Sewing and Top-Hemming Machines, which combine multiple processes into a single automated system.

The machines allow for continuous, efficient bag production — from cutting and liner-insertion to sewing and top-hemming — perfectly matching the client's needs for speed, precision, and labor reduction.
 

Machine Speed (4 in 1 design):

· 15–20 bags/min (full process: liner + top hemming + cutting & sewing)
· 22–35 bags/min (liner only)
· 20–27 bags/min (top hemming only)
· 40–50 bags/min (cutting & sewing only)
 

Project Timeline

· March 2025: Down payment received
· July 2025: Balance payment completed
· Early August 2025: Two containers shipped from Wenzhou, China.
· Late September 2025: Qianfeng technician arrived at the Iloilo factory
· Installation, commissioning, and operator training were completed smoothly
· Both machines successfully entered full production shortly after testing
