Client Background

In 2024, a customer from Kazakhstan—originally a Turkish immigrant—learned about Qianfeng Machinery through a Taiwanese trading company. Their factory is exceptionally clean, organized, and professionally managed, with all tools neatly arranged. The main product is woven bags for packing white sugar, which are exported to neighboring Central Asian countries.

The factory has a solid production foundation, equipped with:

2 sets of tape extrusion lines imported from Taiwan over 20 years ago
30 sets of circular looms
2 sets of standard cutting & sewing machines

Customer’s Requirement

Despite having a full production line, the customer lacked an automated solution for the final stages of bag production. They were looking for a machine that could:

Perform top-hemming
