In June 2025, Wenzhou Qianfeng Machinery dispatched one technician to Davao City, Philippines, to support a long-term customer.
 

The client is a diversified entrepreneur with multiple businesses, including warehousing, timber, paper mills, and carton factories. They operate two woven bag production lines, manufacturing feed bags, mineral powder bags, putty powder bags, and mortar bags—some of which are exported to Japan.
 

The client already owned:

2 sets of Qianfeng Cutting & Sewing and Liner-inserting Machines
 

1 set of Intelligent Flexographic Printing Machine
 

Customer’s Requirement

Although their existing production lines were functioning well, the customer wanted to further upgrade automation in bag production. Specifically, they requested:

Adding a Top-Hemming function to their old cutting & sewing and liner-inserting machine
Enhancing automation to reduce manual labor and improve efficiency
 

Qianfeng’s Solution

Instead of purchasing a brand-new unit immediately, the customer opted for a cost-effective upgrade. We supplied an additional Top-Hemming section that was seamlessly integrated with their existing Cutting & Sewing machine.

This conversion transformed the old equipment into a Cutting-Liner-inserting-Sewing-Top-Hemming Machine, enabling the client to achieve higher productivity and reduce dependence on manual work.
 

Project Timeline

March 2025: Machine shipped via container from Wenzhou, China
June 2025: Our technician arrived at the customer’s factory in Davao City
