We provide a complete lineup of printing equipment, including cylinder-free roll flexo printers, sheet-fed flexo & gravure printing machines, as well as integrated printing machines specially designed for valve bags and FIBC bulk bags. They deliver sharp patterns and precise multi-color registration, suitable for plain sacks, BOPP laminated printed bags and jumbo bulk bags.
Our core sack-making machines are all patented products, including automatic cutting & sewing machines, liner insertion & top hemming machines, valve bag folding equipment and FIBC lifting belt cutters. They support hot cutting, cold cutting, automatic inner film feeding and bag edge folding, with cutting accuracy up to ±1.5mm and maximum output of 70 pieces per minute. Equipped with intelligent PLC control systems and wireless remote controllers, all machines feature automatic deviation correction, counting and emergency stop protection for easy operation.
We also offer auxiliary equipment such as woven bag baling presses, waste yarn recycling units and hot melt sealing machines to complete full production setups. Clients can source all required machinery from one supplier instead of purchasing scattered units from multiple vendors. The complete production workflow is streamlined: PP/HDPE pellets are extruded into flat yarn and woven into tubular fabric via circular looms. The fabric can be directly cut into sacks, or laminated and printed before processing. All production waste can be crushed and granulated for reuse to minimize raw material loss.
