Product Introduction

Product Details

1.The machine uses polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials and produces plastic flat tape through heating, extrusion, stretching, and winding processes, which is supplied to circular looms for fabric weaving.

2.After multiple upgrades and improvements, this machine can produce flat tape using 100% recycled materials (powder or granules), meeting environmental protection and energy-saving requirements.

3.The extruder screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, nitrided to achieve a hardness above HV950, ensuring wear resistance and durability.
